Full-Time Position in Collins Bar
This is a 5-day position over 7 days.
* Liaise with Heads of Department daily to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
* Manage all bookings and supervise Collins bar operations, adhering to budgeted guidelines and maintaining high standards.
* Promote excellent internal and external customer service.
* Identify customer needs and respond proactively to concerns.
* Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
* Establish schedules, policies, and procedures to optimize performance.
* Foster two-way communication and an ownership environment, emphasizing motivation and teamwork.
* Assist in the daily operation of the Food & Beverage department.
* Ensure the highest level of cleanliness in all areas of responsibility.
* Interface regularly with customers to obtain feedback on product quality, service levels, and overall satisfaction, effectively responding to guest problems and complaints.
* Maintain operational responsibility for service delivery and standards throughout the bar when on duty.
* Ensure back-of-house areas are clean and properly maintained.
* Handle complaints calmly, organized, and discreetly, ensuring complete service recovery each time.
* Participate in and conduct training within the hotel.
