* Lead, mentor, and develop the kitchen team to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
* Conduct regular training sessions on culinary techniques, safety standards, and food hygiene.
* Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storage of supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Monitor food costs and implement strategies to minimize waste while maintaining quality.
* Ensure the kitchen operates in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout all food preparation areas.
* Conduct regular quality checks of dishes before service to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards.

* Participate in planning and execution of special events, promotions, and menu rollouts.
