Duties Involved:
* Managing and coordinating all direct and subcontractor personnel on site
* Ensuring materials are ordered in advance of them being required
* Formulating and keeping to a project program while work is ongoing
* Ensuring site health and safety requirements are always adhered to
* Lead and motivate the team around you
* Documenting relevant information daily and weekly
* Carrying out all 3rd fixing duties and completing snags before handover.
Requirements:
* Experience with new build construction desirable
* Confidence in communicating with design teams and clients
* Computer literacy is important as you will need to communicate via email
* A positive, go get them attitude when working with staff and contractors
* Understanding of quality requirements from specs and drawings and ensure compliance with both
* An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
* Own tools and transport required
