We are partnering with a reputable law firm to find a Conveyancing Solicitor for their growing property department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join the team and play a pivotal role in managing residential and commercial property transactions.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in conveyancing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors involved in property transactions.
* Conducting due diligence and property searches.
* Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth conveyancing process.
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with 5+ years of experience in conveyancing.
* Proficient knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
* Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
