About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to cover Northern Ireland, working closely with established retail partners such as Spar, Centra, Super Valu, and others.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop strong relationships, drive sales, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail partners across Northern Ireland.
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the retail sector.
* Provide exceptional service and support to retail partners, ensuring product placement and promotional activities are maximized.
* Travel across the region to visit clients, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth product supply and delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A full, clean UK driving licence.
