The successful candidate will develop, lead, and coordinate a new blended MSc Psychology (Conversion) programme.This new and innovative blended programme will provide a flexible and accessible route to achieving a first qualification in psychology for adult learners. Designed for non-psychology graduates interested in taking the first steps on the career path of psychology, it will provide a solid foundation in the core areas of psychology, preparing graduates to pursue professional training for practitioner roles or further academic studies. It will also offer career enhancement and development opportunities to professionals across many different sectors. To ensure this strategic initiative's success, we are seeking a Programme Director in Psychology to lead the development and management of this new MSc Psychology (Conversion) course.This critical senior academic managerial position will involve overseeing the development and delivery of the new programme, playing a key role in shaping its design, curriculum content, delivery, validation and market positioning. The successful candidate will assume a leadership role with responsibility for the management and coordination of the rollout of the new programme, including teaching, research, programme/ module development and liaison with stakeholders nationally and internationally. This role is central to the future growth and development of ICEP Europes suite of Academic Programmes. The successful candidate will be critical to delivering our first level 9 programme as an independent higher education provider, which will be put forward for validation by QQI and accreditation by PSI.
