IT Support Engineer
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team at {company}.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day support and administration to end users across the organisation.
* Troubleshoot software and hardware issues using proven skills and expertise.
* Support Windows 11, Firewalls, AD & Backups.
* Support Microsoft Office suites including Office 365.
* Communicate effectively with users and technical teams.
* Work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* Be available for on-call duties, including evenings and weekends as required.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT Support role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A full clean driver's license.
