Director, Indirect Category Management- IT
The ideal candidate will lead procurement and category management for IT-related goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing and Strategy Development:
o Create and execute procurement strategies for global indirect categories, focusing on cost savings, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
o Analyse historical spend, conduct market research, and utilise cost modelling to identify high-value opportunities.
o Develop total cost and ownership models to align sourcing strategies with long-term organisational goals.

o Collaborate with senior business leaders to align procurement strategies with wider enterprise objectives.
o Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovative and sustainable value delivery.
o Establish standard tools and processes to support global procurement activities.

o Ensure successful negotiation and implementation of contracts, achieving category strategy objectives and savings targets.
o Drive alignment between global and regional procurement teams to maximise impact and efficiency.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
* 10-15 years of strategic sourcing experience, including expertise in IT categories (software, hardware, cloud, licensing, consultancy).
* Over 10 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop and manage talent.
