Job Description
The CSR Group is currently seeking a skilled Site Manager for a large private timberframe housing project in Carryduff.
With approximately 48 months of work remaining, the successful candidate will oversee the completion of around 50 units per year.
We are looking for an individual with a good house building background and a keen eye for detail to lead our site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Oversee the end product to meet customer expectations regarding finish and quality.
* Organize and coordinate labor to meet project timelines and budgets.
* Report to the Contracts Manager level, providing updates on project progress.
Requirements:
* At least 4 years of experience in housing projects, preferably with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
* Ability to work independently, making sound decisions with minimal supervision.
* Capable of overseeing £1 M worth of work, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
* First Aid Course certification and possession of a valid Site Managers Card.
Packages: Competitive salary range (£45-55k) plus van and fuel allowance.
