Job Title: Asset Finance Administrator
We are partnering with a leading Bank in Northern Ireland to find a temporary Asset Finance Administrator.
The Client offers Hybrid working after an initial training period of 6-8 weeks and is regularly voted as a "Great Place to Work" by its staff.
Role
As an Asset Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Processing asset finance applications for loans and leases
* Ensuring regulatory compliance (FCA, AML, KYC)
* Supporting customers with queries and payment schedules
* Liaising with stakeholders like relationship managers and lenders
* Maintaining records and preparing financial reports
* Providing administrative support for contracts and documentation
Person Specification
Essential Criteria:
* Strong IT skills with excellent proficiency in Excel
* Strong attention to detail in processing financial documents
* Ability to generate reports and manage financial records
* Understanding of asset finance products, loan structures, and banking regulations
Desirable Criteria:
* Prior experience working in a Banking or Finance environment
* Previous experience working in an asset finance role
