An international law firm with a bustling Dublin office is currently recruiting for a Concierge to join them on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be the first person clients and internal staff will meet as they enter the office, providing an excellent visitor experience. You will support the Facilities team in maintaining standards within the office, ordering supplies, and assisting other teams in running events and general administration.

While your primary focus in this role will be operating front of house, you will also provide support to the Facilities team and wider office community. As a result, your duties will be varied and include:
* Meeting and greeting all who enter the office.
* Monitoring and maintaining meeting rooms, general office space, stationery, and other orders.
* Organising, scanning, and distributing post and deliveries, both incoming and outgoing.
* Records management including invoices, filing of documents, and working with third-party archiving suppliers.
* Administrative support for Partners including organising travel and accommodation.
* Managing print and copier rooms including replacing supplies and addressing issues.
* Working with IT/AV teams to set up for presentations, meetings, and events.
Suitable candidates for this role will need to have:
* Experience in a Corporate/office-based Concierge or Facilities Coordinator position.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
* Strong timekeeping and a commitment to working a fully onsite role.
