Job Description
The Office Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team, managing schedules, communications, and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. This role ensures smooth operations and efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize meetings, and coordinate events.
* Organize internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, and presentations.
* Handle travel arrangements and assist with ad hoc tasks for the leadership team.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Communication:
* Act as the main contact for stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
* Screen and direct calls, emails, and communications.
* Liaise between store managers and the central office.
Office Management:
* Identify and implement process improvements for administrative tasks.
* Manage office supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
Health & Safety:
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines, maintain clean work areas, and report hazards.
* Participate in safety drills and report accidents/incidents promptly.
Miscellaneous:
* Meet reporting deadlines, attend meetings, and support colleagues as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as an Office Coordinator supporting C-suite executives or Senior Management
* Strong knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong ability to manage deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide timely support.
* Familiarity with travel and event planning.
