Job Summary:
A seasoned professional to embody agile practices within the organization, ensuring all stakeholders grasp the core principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage hands-on expertise in launching and coaching self-organisation teams.
* Apply a deep understanding of agility metrics and value tracking across the SDLC.
* Provide expertise in Lean and Agile principles, serving as an Agile coach in technical or business elements, offering mentorship and training to Agile teams, and facilitating team sessions.
* Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement using Agile as a strategic asset for business value generation, resulting in impactful outcomes through analysis, design, development, testing, and management in an Agile environment.
* Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to secure leadership buy-in across both Business and IT.
Experience and Skills Required:
* Prior experience in squad coaching and mentoring is essential.
* Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Coach (CSC), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist is mandatory.
* Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to act as the point of contact for all external and internal clients/stakeholders and suppliers.
* Strong communication, facilitation, persuasion and influence, decision making, and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
* Experience delivering and supporting IT projects in the financial/Banking domain is desirable.
