Located near the foothills of the Dublin Mountains in Firhouse, Tallaght.

The Bar/Duty Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our guests and patrons enjoy their experience with us through maintaining the highest possible levels of standards. Is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
About The Role
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· To oversee the smooth running of all departments.
· To be responsible for all day-to-day queries, complaints, or problems that arise in the Business
· To ensure the highest level of customer care is always practiced.
· To assist with the training of employees where necessary.
· To liaise daily with Operations Manager to forecast business on a weekly basis and to plan accordingly.
· To assist and carry out training as required and to document the same.
· To ensure all back of house areas are clean at all times i.e. back hallways, staff canteen, changing rooms, and staff lifts and services areas.
· To attend the weekly heads of department meetings.
· To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the Health and Safety of yourself, other employees, guests, and any other persons on the premises.
· To observe all safety rules and procedures.
· Any other duties as directed by Snr Management
Requirements
· Excellent spoken and written English
· Minimum of 1-2 years previous Manager Experience
· Highly organized
· Excellent Microsoft office skills; Word, Excel, and Opera Reservation Package
· A friendly positive can-do-attitude
· Must be fluent in English both written and oral
· Must have an excellent telephone manner
· Be committed to delivering exceptional service
