We provide services that span the full lifecycle of a loan post origination, from drawdown through to loan administration, asset management, enforcement as well as syndication, securitisation, and standby servicing.

Job Description
The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile development practices, ensuring smooth team operations, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with prior experience in Product Ownership, Development Management, and Business Analysis to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
2. Remove impediments that hinder team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Promote collaboration between development, product, and business stakeholders.
4. Track and manage sprint progress using Agile tools (Azure DevOps).
5. Ensure the team adheres to Agile values and principles while optimizing delivery outcomes.
Product Owner Experience
1. Act as the owner of the Product Backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals.
2. Define and communicate product vision to the team and stakeholders.
3. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine requirements.
4. Provide necessary clarifications on product requirements while collaborating with the Scrum Master for resolving process-related impediments.
Development Manager Experience
1. Ensure delivery of high-quality products in a timely manner.
2. Manage team performance, fostering growth and professional development.
3. Be accountable for team delivery and execution excellence.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.
Business Analyst Experience
1. Ensure business requirements are clearly documented and effectively translated into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
2. Resolve requirement ambiguities and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
3. Create detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Qualifications
Key Qualifications & Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Scrum Master with exposure to Product Ownership, Development Management, and Business Analysis.
2. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and Agile best practices.
3. Experience managing product backlogs, defining product vision, and working with stakeholders.
4. Ability to drive technical and business discussions, balancing strategic priorities and operational execution.
5. Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and leadership skills.
6. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
7. Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
8. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
2. Experience in software development environments and understanding of software lifecycle management.
3. Prior experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments across cross-functional teams.

Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”) Fitness & Probity Regime This is a Controlled Function (“CF”) role as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010.
