Job Description
We are seeking talented individuals to join our Sales A-team as Enterprise Sales Associates. This role involves driving new sales revenue, sourcing net new opportunities, and supporting existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive business in existing, under-penetrated, and suspect Enterprise accounts.
* Source net new opportunities through prospecting efforts.
* Support opportunities by building quotes and proposals, creating strategic account plans, running business reviews, and working with the account team.
Daily Activities
* Learn from experienced Sales professionals and support large Enterprise accounts throughout the selling process and customer journey.
* Create formal networks with key decision makers and build a strong understanding of the selling process.
* Prospect under-penetrated Enterprise accounts and cross-sell point solutions.
* Provide on-demand sales support to customers.
* Support Customer Success Managers and Renewal Reps to ensure customer health and retention.
* Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on how to leverage ServiceNow for digital transformation.
* Identify specialist/support resources to bring into deals at the right time.
* Drive sales process management, opportunity closure, and ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
* Invest in personal development through training, coaching, and feedback.
Qualifications
* Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
* Prior experience establishing trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Coachability and a focus on personal development to learn new skills.
* Ability to understand the bigger picture and business drivers around IT.
* Driven and able to apply newly learned complex knowledge.
