About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at an award-winning Irish-owned Civil engineering consultancy in Co. Roscommon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the reception area, including opening and closing duties
* Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phones and managing emails
* Support the accounts department with daily tasks and petty cash management
* Conduct daily stock checks and purchase office supplies
* Arrange couriers as needed
Requirements
* 1+ year experience in a similar role
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Effective communication skills
* Able to work in a busy environment
