Full Cycle Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Cycle Business Development Manager to join our client's team and drive growth.
About the Role
This full-time, permanent role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to securing contracts and building client relationships. You will work closely with operations, estimating, and marketing to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a business development strategy
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
* Generate and qualify leads through various channels
* Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions for project challenges
* Prepare prequalification documents, tenders, and presentations
* Host post-tender debrief sessions
* Negotiate commercially advantageous contracts
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Track and report on KPIs
* Stay updated on industry trends
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years in business development within the construction services industry
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Strong understanding of the Irish construction industry
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with document design software is a plus
* Valid Irish driving license preferred
