Join us as a Store Manager in our Tralee Store.
Responsibilities
* You will own overall performance and running of the store.
* Motivate and consistently deliver targets and objectives.
* Foster an environment of collaboration, inclusivity, and empowerment.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement for self and team.
* Seek out opportunities to work on projects and collaborate with different teams in our business.
* Champion the best customer experience in-store.
* Pioneer a connected life and lead teams to help guests discover lifestyle solutions.
* Champion change, leading and supporting teams in an ever-changing world.
* Be responsible for KPIs in areas such as sales, stock, audit, and security.
* Responsible for all RLP policies and processes for store audits.
Customer Engagement
You will make customers feel phenomenal by:
* Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them in a patient and professional manner.
* Promoting customer self-service with a ‘show’ rather than ‘do’ attitude.
* Engaging with customers to tell a story about our product range.
Sales Driving
You will be responsible for driving sales by:
* Motivating your team to exceed targets through coaching and support.
* Maintaining expert-level knowledge of all products.
* Engaging with customers to match them to appropriate products and services.
* Promoting smaller products and services through cross-selling and upselling.
Continuous Improvement
You will go beyond the expected by:
* Supporting your team and manager.
* Participating in projects that enhance the customer experience.
* Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
* Continuously looking for improvements in processes or services.
Team Appreciation

* Coaching and supporting our team in an engaging way.
* Ensuring store standards are met.
* Understanding Data Protection policies and ensuring proper administration.
* Demonstrating responsibility for RLP policies during audits.
Skills and Experience
* Strong experience in retail and managing store teams.
* Proven success in achieving targets.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in managing a customer-facing/service position.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* Passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences.
* Experience in managing inventory and budgets.
* Comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment.
* Natural ability to coach and mentor teams.
