**Job Title:** Full Time Position in Collins Bar
**Schedule:** 5 days over 7 days
* To liaise with all Heads of Department on a daily basis to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
* To manage all bookings and maintain accurate records.
* To supervise Collins bar operations, adhering to budgeted guidelines and upholding the highest standards.
* To provide exceptional internal and external customer service, meeting or exceeding expectations.
* To proactively identify customer needs and respond promptly to concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
* To lead the Food & Beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
* To establish schedules, policies, and procedures, fostering a positive work environment.
* To facilitate two-way communication, nurturing an ownership culture with emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
* To assist in the daily operation of the Food & Beverage department, providing support as needed.
* To be operationally responsible for service delivery and standards throughout the F&B department when on duty.
* To maintain the highest level of cleanliness in all areas of responsibility, including public spaces and back-of-house areas.
* To be highly visible, interacting with customers regularly to gather feedback on product quality, service levels, and overall satisfaction, effectively resolving guest complaints and issues.
* To be operationally responsible for service delivery and standards throughout the bar when on duty.
* To ensure that back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained at all times.
* To handle complaints in a calm, organized, and discreet manner, ensuring complete service recovery every time.
* To participate in and carry out training initiatives within the hotel, promoting continuous improvement and development.
