About Us: Lois Bridges is a private, voluntary, 7-bed residential facility specialising in the treatment of eating disorders for adults. We offer in-patient, out-patient, and remote comprehensive and coordinated treatment programs for adults, incorporating multidisciplinary treatment which sees collaboration between our team of professionals including psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, assistant psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatric nurses, dietitians, and peer support workers.
We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Dietitian with experience in Eating Disorders to join our team to support our clients' nutritional needs and improve their overall health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing clients for admission to residential/day services
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (social care workers, healthcare professionals, etc.) to ensure optimal client care
* Monitor clients’ progress and adjust nutritional plans as necessary
* Deliver training and workshops for staff and clients on nutrition, healthy eating, and dietary management of specific conditions
* Facilitate a weekly nutritional group for residents
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Human Nutrition, or related field
* Registered with CORU (essential)
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or care environment
* Experience with Eating Disorders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
