My client, Ireland's leading insurance and breakdown assistance provider based in the city centre, is now recruiting Customer Service Agents for their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service to members and assist with the breakdown service 24/7, 365 days a year.
2. Work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
3. Consistently meet or exceed operational KPIs.
4. Handle customer inquiries professionally, confidently, and escalate complex complaints as needed.
5. Perform additional tasks or support projects as required by the line manager.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
1. Minimum Leaving Cert education, with a 3rd level qualification desirable.
2. At least 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center.
3. Strong MS Office knowledge and basic PC skills.
4. Passion for customer service and career growth within an established Irish brand.
5. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
6. Results-driven with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
