The company specializes in a variety of products and services and sells to a diverse range of industries including Medical, Pharma, Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, Waste Water, etc. Due to the continued success of their local and international activities, they are looking to grow their team further. THE ROLE: As the successful Account Manager, you will be joining their chemicals division. You will be responsible for selling and promoting their full range of products and services. The products and services are used in a diverse range of industries, including Food & Beverage, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Municipals, and many more. You will interact with various decision-makers, including Operation Managers, Site Managers, and Purchasing Departments. You will inherit an existing base of accounts, but there will also be an aspect of new business involved in the role, to drive further sales in the region. The role will be a hybrid of WFH and field sales, with 3 days spent on the road and 2 days working from home each week. The territory will be the Republic of Ireland. Full product training will be provided. THE PERSON: We are looking to meet candidates that ideally have experience working in the chemicals or similar. Outside of that, candidates coming from a technical sales background selling in the same industries will also be considered. If you come with an environmental science degree and looking to break into sales then this could be the perfect role for you. You will be a confident, outgoing and driven individual, with a strong sales process, looking to work for a global leader in the industry.
