Job Title: Maintenance Technician
This role is part of a leading pharmaceutical company in Blanchardstown, Dublin. It involves working on a 4-week shift cycle and requires the candidate to be flexible with overtime, shift cover, on-call, and other tasks assigned by the company.
Main Responsibilities:
* Set up and maintain automated vial and syringe filling equipment.
* Perform maintenance and repair of plant equipment and utilities.
* Manage external contractors for equipment installations and planned service visits.
Key Skills:
* Minimum certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Conflict management and negotiation abilities.
* Structured decision-making skills.
* Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and PM systems.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
