About Your New Role
You will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders received via email, phone, and online for over 80 valued clients. This involves uploading orders to our internal database quickly and efficiently, as well as communicating with team members and other departments regarding order updates, transport, amendments, and customer concerns.
Additionally, you will prepare and manage custom documentation for international shipping and transport, handle order management and data input for customer e-portals, and support haulage transport companies for national and international logistics while addressing customer queries and managing a busy email account.
What Skills Do You Need?
* Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to tasks
* Previous customer service experience
* Proficient in IT, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Familiarity with Lean & 5S practices is desirable
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
* Strong business acumen, customer-focused, and a team player with problem-solving abilities
