2 - 3 years of management experience in spa, salon, retail, or hospitality industriesA flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekendsA passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting massage and skincare benefitsExcellent communication skills and a talent for fostering a positive team cultureA track record of setting and achieving goals, and the ability to inspire others to do the same.Experience working on commission and coaching others to hit commission goals is a plus!Strong organizational skills, with a strategic mindset that understands both day-to-day operations and long-term business goalsThe ability to connect with staff and the community, building meaningful relationshipsAbility to develop and nurture connections within the massage and esthetics communityWhat's in it for you?
