What you'll do:
* Support the Global Fund Accounting (GFA) Europe Product and GFA ETF Administration teams in achieving daily and ad hoc deliverables.
* Identify and resolve complex operational issues independently.
* Act as a reviewer and escalation point for daily operational duties within the GFA ETF Administration function.
* Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation of all procedures.
* Lead business critical projects by completing comprehensive impact analyses, recommending appropriate solutions, and participating in the implementation process.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to senior management.
* Collect and report on VUE metrics, maintain effective controls to mitigate risk, ensure contingency preparedness, support new product launches related to corporate actions accounting.
What you bring:
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; Bachelor's degree (Accounting/Finance) preferred.
* Minimum three years general experience and 3 years industry experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Proven ability to analyze issues quickly and independently under tight time constraints.
* Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced environment with multiple business partners and diverse responsibilities.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational skills with ability to interact with various levels of management.
* Experience in computer applications such as Excel, Access and Word is preferred.
