You are a passionate and experienced Senior Digital Analyst, Marketing Applications ready to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our digital marketing applications, ensuring seamless integration and support for our overseas teams, particularly in Dublin.
What You’ll do:
Lead development needs in Lifecycle and Consent Management products including Braze & Ketch for our non-alc beverage websites, capturing 1st party consumer data & engagement campaigns for the rest of the world markets.
Contribute to the development needs of Lifecycle, Consent Management & data privacy including Braze, Ketch & Segment.
Build user stories for the product lifecycle of the segmentation and personalization products to meet the needs of target audiences and drive business growth.
Manage critical prioritization of the backlog in conjunction with inputs from the scrum team on sizing.
Translate business product vision into tangible backlog & create user stories for the development team to act on.
Support the team with removing roadblocks to development (e.g., interfacing with other technical teams, coordinating extra resources).
What You’ll bring:
3-5 years of technical experience in building digital products, with a preference for Marketing technology, including email marketing systems, compliance tools, customer data platforms and web analytic tools
Basic knowledge of APIs and integrations
Experience with audience segmentation, data collection, data processing, data analysis, and personalization methods.
Experience working with and developing relationships with other product managers, marketing, business partners, design, and engineering.
Experience working in an Agile environment and DevOps team.
