Excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst/Product Owner to drive growth and innovation in a dynamic software company.
As a key member of our Agile squad, you will be responsible for managing and delivering IT products throughout their entire lifecycle. This includes providing critical inputs into product strategy and design, as well as ensuring successful operation and change management.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and managing changes to IT products
2. Managing self-contained teams aligned to products, driving continuous improvement
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to define and implement product strategy and design
4. Developing and executing on both the product roadmap and technical strategy
5. Providing leadership to squads to deliver new software features and components
6. Participating in all aspects of the software development life cycle
7. Researching, learning, evaluating, and making technology recommendations
8. Working closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to plan and produce deliverables
9. Managing Backlogs/Scrumboards/Kanbans to ensure non-functional requirements are implemented
10. Collaborating with QA manager and QA leads to ensure quality handoffs from development to QA and overall product quality
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of software delivery in a Change (Project) & Service Operation (Support) environment
• Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Ability to lead teams in driving high standards of change delivery & product/service provision
