You must have similar experience in a senior management role in a 4* or 5* property.
Roles and Responsibilities Effective and efficient management of the F&B outlets, always ensuring that the defined standards are implemented and adhered to by all service personnel.
Ensure all areas have sufficient equipment, resources to meet business demands Create a welcoming and friendly environment that results in it being a pleasant atmosphere for both guests and team members alike.
Actively involved in daily operations in a 'hands on' capacity ensuring sufficient preparation is made for all daily services & ensure team members are allocated daily work sections.
Ensure that good communication exists within your department and across the Hotel.
Lead your department in a structured and organised manner, liaising regularly with the kitchen and front office team.
Monitor purchase procedure for supplies and products to ensure proper quantity and quality of supplies.
Effective implementation of all SOPs and procedures within the team, carrying out regular checks of these SOPS with team members.
Encourage and ensure that all the teams work closely together, providing beneficial support for each other, being able to multi-task and actively help in each area.
The ideal candidate : Experience in a Management role in a Hotel Restaurant in a similar sized property at 4* or 5* level.
Genuine focus on exceptional customer care and ability to ensure service standards are delivered consistently.
Proven ability and interest in motivating, developing and leading a team of employees to deliver on and exceed customer expectations.
Strong financial and business acumen including driving revenue, managing budgets, ordering and purchasing, and compiling and delivering a sales & marketing plan.
Focus on working with Head Chef and his team to continue to drive improvements in the dining experience in Panorama for all customers Excellent organisational skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a hotel management team in a busy property.
