Office Administrator/ Coordinator
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced project management company.
This part-time position, approximately 18 hours per week, offers a chance to work with a talented team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for daily office operations, ensuring a well-functioning workspace.
* Manage general office maintenance, including cleaning, organisation, and inventory management.
* Handle correspondence, scheduling meetings, and liaising with staff and external parties.
* Maintain office supplies, equipment, and software, including MS Teams and Office 365.
* Coordinate basic facility upkeep and report any maintenance issues to relevant authorities.
* Support staff with general administrative tasks and ensure compliance with office procedures and health & safety guidelines.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an administrator, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Efficient and detail-oriented, with a focus on smooth office operations and maintenance.
* Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and email management.
Working Arrangements:
This is a temporary contract with a view to extension, working approximately 9am-3pm, 3 days per week (ideally Mon, Weds, Fri) at €15.38 per hour.
