Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised & proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, ensuring seamless daily operations while handling confidential matters with professionalism. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling.
* Act as a Point of Contact (POC) for internal and external communications, ensuring efficient time management.
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
* Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
* Manage special projects and conduct research as needed.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Support event planning and coordination for executive engagements.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
* Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritise tasks effectively.
* A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
