Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Residential Contractor on a large residential housing project in Kildare, recruiting a Site Manager.
Your new role as Site Manager
1. Oversee subcontractor packages on site.
2. Manage Health and Safety of your team.
3. Host whiteboard meetings and daily kick-offs.
4. Regular reporting to the wider team and stakeholders on project progress.
5. Manage site end to end, including snagging and handover.
What you'll need to be successful as Site Manager
1. A valid CSCS card.
2. Previous experience in Residential Building and Construction.
3. Strong health and safety knowledge.
