Home Manager
The Home Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential care home, catering to the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the daily care and well-being of residents, including safe storage of medication and medical records.
* Regular assessment and monitoring of resident's progress, reviewing care plans, and providing feedback to residents, relatives, and allied professionals.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care, ensuring confidential storage.
* Ensuring that in-house programs and activities meet the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents.
* Organizing regular resident meetings, interviewing and assessing prospective residents, and managing staff practices within the Home.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years' experience working in a health and social care setting and 2 years' experience within operational management in a similar setting.
* Desired to hold relevant qualifications within Health and Social Care Management if not met at minimum Level 5 alongside practical experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills, caring, and committed approach.
* Ability to motivate and work as part of a team, alongside being a leader.
* Highly organized, adaptable, and flexible approach.
