We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our HR Business Partner Team. Reporting to the HRBPs, this role will support HR-related projects across the firm, focusing on reporting for the HRBP strategic priorities and supporting in areas such as employee engagement, performance management and diversity & inclusion. The successful candidate will support with key HR Business Partner projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
We are looking for someone to join the team who has a very strong work ethic, business acumen and a strong desire to work for a leading law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with our Talent Team for reporting on new joiners to HR Business Partners.
* Manage the International Secondee Programme and all Secondment Programmes in partnership with the HR Business Partners.
* Support on Performance Management project planning including communication plans. Support on running reports and updating administrative input.
* Link in with HR Operations to collaborate on bespoke reports.
* Equality, Diversity and Inclusion - support on tracking overall action plans, objectives and supporting on policy/strategy reviews.
* Manage out of cycle work experience, interns, etc.
* Support with new joiner probation process.
* Support the wider HR team on various ad-hoc projects (culture).
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
* 2+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist or similar role.
* Third level qualification, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, reporting, and providing insights tailored to different stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and collaborate with the HR Business Partners.
* High level of personal integrity, attention to detail, a team player, and capable of managing ambiguity and multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail in managing tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and adhering to project timelines.
* Demonstrates initiative in improving processes, driving projects forward, and achieving business goals.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, able to manage ambiguity while delivering results.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
