About the Role
* Irish Employment Law Solicitors/Lawyers [High Demand] 1-6 year+ PQE in Irish Employment Law [Contentious & Non-Contentious]
* Hybrid: Dublin/Cork/Limerick/Galway
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on employment issues such as managing dismissals, defending High Court injunctions, and WRC claims
* Guiding and advising clients through current and pending employment legislation and regulation
* Delivering pragmatic and flexible solutions for clients
Requirements
* Excellent technical knowledge of all current and impending Irish employment legislation and case law
* Experience in contentious and non-contentious Irish employment law, TUPE, corporate transactions
