Our client, a solicitors company based near Baggot Street, is recruiting for a Legal Secretary. The ideal candidate will have worked in a conveyancing law firm.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining client files to include filing, referencing and opening files, archiving files, photocopying, scanning etc.
* Formatting legal documents.
* Filing, invoicing and general admin support.
* Prepare and arrange registration of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents including use of the Property Registration Authority website.
* Requisitions on Title.
* Preparing closing documentation i.e., Family Home and Section 72 Declarations.
* Preparation of Title documents.
Experience:
* At least 3 years experience in a Legal Secretarial role.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Excellent attention to detail.
