Assistant Manager Job Description
We are seeking two experienced Assistant Managers to join our Fund Accounting Department in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely and accurate service delivery across the team
* Full competency in all areas of NAV production and associated services
* Serve as primary operational contact for a range of clients, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Document new processes and update fund procedures periodically
* Cover the operations of all funds within the team, when required
* Work with Senior Manager or Fund Accounting Director to plan and deliver training and development of junior colleagues
* Participate in projects and ad hoc tasks as required
* Continually review processes for operational risks, efficiency, and technology development opportunities
* Ensure smooth delivery of fund audits
Requirements:
* Ideal candidate: 6+ years of experience in Fund Accounting with Private Equity or Hedge fund exposure
* Advent Geneva knowledge is highly desirable
