About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Commercial Manager to join our team in Cork, Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial manager to take on a new challenge and apply their skills in a cutting-edge field.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards in all areas according to Alstom Policies and Procedures.
* Manage contract administration, including contract communications, change control, variation/compensation event assessment, valuation/certification, contract remedies and contract close out using NEC forms of contract.
* Achieve financial targets and manage budgets effectively.
* Influence and challenge budget holders to ensure financial planning is supported.
* Optimise margin on a project while protecting it from commercial risk.
* Foster support, relationships, and adherence to procedures.
* Train and develop staff to enhance team capabilities.
* Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
* Support the Regional Commercial Manager & Project Director.
* Represent the commercial interests of the company and avoid disputes.
About You
