Job Title: Marketing and Fundraising Officer
The Marketing and Fundraising Officer is a key member of the Charity with responsibility for developing and delivering our fundraising and marketing strategies, including management of our donor relations. The role has lead responsibility for social media engagement and marketing across the charity, particularly focusing on social media and digital platforms to promote and maximise awareness of ONE’s services and drive fundraising while increasing the organisation’s outreach within communities.
This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to demonstrate creativity and take ownership of raising visibility, awareness and understanding of ONE and its work.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Review, develop, implement and manage our fundraising and marketing strategies in conjunction with CEO / D/CEO and Fundraising and Marketing Committee.
* Manage and develop consistent branding, fundraising and communication materials across the organisation.
* Manage financial records and coordinating the allocation of donations with CEO / D/CEO.
Qualification Required:
* A Level 7 Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
* Exceptional creative writing skills.
Experience Required: At least 2 years’ experience in a fundraising and/or marketing role.
Desirable: Military experience and an awareness of the Defence Forces veteran demography.
Work Schedule: Full Time 38.5 Hours per week.
Contracts & Location: 1 Year Contract – work remotely from home and may involve travelling to and working at any of our locations as dictated by the needs of the Charity.
Salary: €39,000 plus travel and subsistence expenses of €6,000.
