Harper Finley have partnered with a market leading bookmakers to hire a HR Manager on a full time, permanent basis, in Dundalk, Co. Louth. This company has gone from strength to strength in recent years, with plans for continued growth it’s an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Staffing, supporting recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and offboarding.
2. Learning & Development
3. Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
4. Employee Relations – Managing disciplinaries, grievances, and complaints.
5. Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
6. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
7. Maintain HR systems and processes.
8. Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
1. 4 – 5 years’ experience working in HR in Ireland.
2. Degree in Human Resources, or CIPD qualification.
3. Strong knowledge of Irish employment laws and regulations.
This role is open to candidates with an EU/EEA passport, or Stamp 4 visa holders.
