An enthusiastic and efficient Security Team Lead is required to work on a day-to-day basis. The role entails leading the operation of security services across the contract, ensuring a high quality of service is delivered at all times.
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday (8am - 4:30pm), Friday (8am to 3:30pm)
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead the management and development of the security team.
* Establish and maintain effective communication links with colleagues within the greater on-site team and teams across other client sites.
* Act as primary point of contact for related services to the client, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
* Ensure the smooth operation of the site(s) in accordance with the Site Service Level Agreement and Services Specification.
* Authorize, allocate, and record security staff absences.
* Liaise with clients and employees.
* Monitor internal and external activities, visitors to the site, CCTV systems, and respond to alarm activations.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Hold a valid PSA Licence.
* Possess at least five years of relevant experience.
* Administer and apply clerical skills effectively.
