New Star Financial Management Ltd are an Award Winning established and growing Mortgage Broker, who also offer Life and Investment Advice based in Mullingar.
We require a motivated & enthusiastic Administrator to join our growing Team. Previous experience not essential, although ideal candidate will be fully computer literate and keyboard proficient.
The Role:
* Processing of New Business Applications
* Updating CRM Database system
* Dealing with Client Queries
* General administration duties
* Manage incoming phone calls and emails
The candidate should also be:
* Extremely Customer focused
* Ideally have previous experience working in an Administrative role, preferably with recent Mortgage knowledge
* Have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast moving and demanding environment
* Work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and be good at multi-tasking
* Answer all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
* Be Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, use of CRM systems
* Have Excellent Communications and Customer Service Skills
* Be a Team player with attention to details and an ability to work on own initiative if required
