Your new company
As Receptionist you will join an established healthcare provider, conveniently located in North Dublin (Coolock area). Your new office is easily accessible via public transport but also has parking onsite. You will join your new organisation on a temporary basis for 6 months. This role is an immediate start.
Your new role
As receptionist you will professionally manage a busy front of house desk, meeting and greeting along with answering incoming calls. Your day to day duties will include a variety of tasks ranging from reception to administration support, including filing, scanning, photocopying and phone/email correspondence. You will become part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You have recent relevant reception or front of house experience. You will be able to efficiently multi-task and prioritise tasks. Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills are essential. Having the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently is required.
