What will you do? In this 100% on-site role, you will act as the Learning Coordinator reporting to the Operational Development Specialist to build, own and manage the delivery of the annual learning plan as well as all documentation & reporting & audit support required. We are in the process of seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Learning Coordinator that will support business SMEs, cross functional project leads, technical instructors, learning managers and support staff in Silent Aire Dublin.You will have a passion for learning and all things technical and will be able to take that passion to help set the training strategy for all employees. You will also closely partner with other members of the learning team globally. Experienced in leveraging learning technology to enhance the learner experience to accelerate learning and change to deliver business outcomesDemonstrated ability to create content rapidly and leverage learning technology to build and deploy accessible, relevant, useful content.Work closely with the Business Leaders to ensure that the learning experience and content are useful and relevant for all teams to support improved performanceManage and develop key stakeholder relationships with critical internal clients to increase support and engagement with learning in alignment with leaders’ business prioritiesGuide the project team to set learning priorities across a diverse and dynamic landscapePartner with other leaders globally to share best practices, collaborate, and drive consistency across the organization, as we work to deploy this global systemManage training budgets and allocations; prepare budgetary recommendations that meet organization goals and provide for effective management of resourcesCommunicate and manage learning timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across a spectrum of teams and stakeholdersUse strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of managers, instructors, SMEs and internal clientsEnsure lessons learned and best practices from previous learning initiatives and deployments are captured and implemented into cross functional projects. Help implement metrics and evaluation protocols for learning deliverables in region.
