We are seeking a motivated professional to join our dynamic team, where youll play a pivotal role in driving engineering excellence and innovation. What Youll Do Project Management:Plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver engineering projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Collaboration:Partner with senior leadership, contractors, subcontractors, direct labour, and site management to meet engineering objectives. Design & Development:Interpret client specifications to create accurate engineering designs, including electrical and pneumatic systems, motor sizing, and equipment routing. Cost Estimation:Develop detailed cost estimations and source quality equipment and components from suppliers. Field Supervision:Oversee on-site installations, carry out pre-commissioning activities, and resolve operational challenges to ensure timely delivery. Quality & Reporting:Maintain accurate project records, adhere to quality standards, and submit detailed reports as needed. Innovation:Conduct feasibility studies to identify improvements, focusing on reducing production costs and enhancing quality. What Youll Bring Qualifications:A third-level engineering qualification or equivalent. Experience:3-5 years in a heavy industrial environment, with expertise in PLC controls, variable speed drives, instrumentation, and electronic motor protection. Technical Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel. Attributes: A proactive, can-do attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
