Position
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Team Leader to join our growing team. The successful candidate will lead the iMedDoc Desk, reporting to the Customer Support Manager.
This role is based in our Cork office, providing ongoing leadership to direct reports and ensuring the team performs at its best.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the iMedDoc Desk.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on problem resolution.
* Liaise with development teams and attend regular meetings to discuss issues, releases, and feature-related queries.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
* Conduct site visits to build relationships with customers.
* Monitor team performance and delegate tasks as needed.
* Create reports for management and major customers.
* Ensure all support processes are documented and available to staff members.
Requirements
* Third-level qualification in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering (an advantage).
* At least 3 years' experience in a customer support role.
* Solid understanding of databases, networking, and web applications.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Degree in Management or formal training in team leadership (an advantage).
