Senior HR Manager
A dynamic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to take on a lead and senior level HR Manager role within our client's engineering, construction, and facilities sector.
The Role:
As a key member of the leadership team and reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for a broad range of HR duties including employee engagement, HR process design and delivery, recruitment, training and development programs, compensation and benefits benchmarking, and driving HR change throughout the organization.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Third-level degree qualified in HR, business studies, or a related discipline.
* 4-5+ years of experience in a HR Manager or senior HR level Business Partner/Generalist role.
* Experience gained in a manufacturing, engineering, or construction environment is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, and project management skills.
The Offer:
A competitive salary up to €75k-€85k, depending on candidate skills and experience, with excellent scope for further growth and development. This role will be fully office-based.
