About the Position
This role requires an experienced and dynamic IT Security Manager to lead the development and execution of the organisation's information security strategy. Responsibilities include overseeing IT compliance, managing audit actions, maintaining the IT risk register, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

1. Develop Comprehensive Enterprise Security Strategy
2. Oversee Information Security Program
3. Manage and Report Security Incidents
4. Drive Cybersecurity Agenda
5. Evaluate Emerging Cybersecurity Trends
6. Continuously Monitor for Potential Threats
7. Manage IT Security Budget
8. Oversee Third-Party Security Vendors
9. Contribute to Performance Management Process
Experience/Requirements
1. A minimum of 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure/application management, with at least 5 years in an IT Security role.
2. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or an equivalent qualification (preferred).
3. Proven experience in managing Operational Technology (desirable).
4. Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.
5. Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and mentor a security team while driving the organization's security initiatives.
