Desktop Support Engineer
Contract | €150/day+ | Dublin
Our client eagerly seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician on a contract basis, valuing both technical prowess and strong communication skills to maintain seamless ICT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide front-line support for Windows and Mac operating systems, IP phones, video conferencing equipment, iOS, and Android devices.
2. Perform basic Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange administration tasks.
3. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
Requirements for Success:
4. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
5. Previous experience in a busy IT organization.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Mac client operating systems, Microsoft Office
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
